New Eurojuris Member Morri Rossetti e Associati: A firm with the ‘Passion of a Proprietary Italian Boutique’

This month we introduce our new Eurojuris member Morri Rossetti e Associati from Milan. Managing Partner Stefano Morri tells us about intended collaborations, the firm’s Research Centre, and his plans for 2018.

Some of you may have already met Stefano Morri at this year’s Eurojuris International Congress in Brussels. He specialises in M&A and Business Law and brings along experience in corporate taxation management, as well as the well-known Italian friendliness. Stefano started his professional career as international taxation specialist, then devoted to the legal profession. He sits as statutory auditor and director in the boards of both Italian and foreign listed and unlisted companies.

Now, Morri Rossetti e Associati seeks to build strong international connections. For this reason, it has joint Eurojuris. ‘We need colleagues that welcome our clients abroad,’ Stefano explains and continues, ‘the network will be an opportunity to create and consolidate relationships with colleagues and friends. We want to guarantee reliable help to our clients outside our duty station.’ With a network at its side, the firm can be more proactive in the Italian market attracting clients that require assistance on an international level. Thereby global coverage needs to be assured.

Of course, Morri Rossetti e Associati also acts as a partner for all Eurojuris colleagues. Very much noteworthy is the firm’s ‘Research Centre’: ‘we have a think tank inside the firm,’ Stefano points out. He goes on, ‘a number of employees focus on research. They are shielded from the daily routine and are ‘free to think’. This luxury will ultimately be the secret of success and needs to be fostered’.

Among other tasks, this group of thinkers checks and secures the quality of staff and services. For instance, the personnel progress within the firm is regularly supported. Stefano emphasises, ‘the quality needs to be consistent with our standards. This is a point, that we would very much like to share with our friends in Eurojuris. There, we can offer extra value to the network.’

New challenges will be met in 2018. The firm will tackle an important matter: the digitalisation of services. ‘We are very curious. This is one of the topics that we will focus on next year,’ Stefano tell us. In the upcoming year, the firm plans to continue its growth by using a proactive approach. More partnerships are intended, following the growth of the individual practice areas within the firm. Stefano underlines, ‘we are open to alliances. At large, we rather increase the value of our firm, than keep services tightly in our hand.’

Morri Rossetti e Associati will be present in Stockholm as well as in Dubai. Do not miss the chance to meet them!
