This lawyer with more than 12 years of legal experience holds a PhD in European and International Law and a LL.M. in European and International Business Law from Vienna University. Daniela also lectures law at Comenius University, her Alma Mater, in Bratislava.

You mentioned alcohol law, can you tell us a bit more about it ? “Alcohol law consists of getting licence for selling the alcohol in the country, is about the representation before the local authority and in the administrative procedures, alcohol taxes, special restrictions in advertising alcohol, etc. Our law office is an exclusive member for Slovakia, we supervise the legal and regulatory needs of alcohol-beverage industry clients as a part of commercial and administrative law.”
